WHOLE AGREEMENT

JURISDICTION

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of QLD and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Barkalot Bakery that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of QLD.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All ingredients used for each product, are displayed in the description section of each product. By continuing the use of our Facebook/Website and purchasing. You are agreeing to of read the ingredients and you are accepting that the product will have no effect on your pet and have no liability against Barkalot Bakery.

PRIVACY

Barkalot Bakery will use all reasonable means to protect the confidentiality of the customers personal details while in our possession or control. We will not knowingly share any of the customer’s personal details with any third party other than our service providers who assist us in providing the information and/or services we are providing to you. To the extent that we do share your personal information with a service provider, we would only do so if that party has agreed to comply with our privacy standards as described in our privacy policy.

DISHONOUR FEE

Barkalot Bakery will not charge the customer any dishonour fee. Barkalot Bakery will contact the customer to discuss the next suitable day to make payment. Barkalot Bakery will not be held responsible if the customer has been charged any fees from their banking institution.

PAYING GOODS AND SERVICE TAX (GST)

All goods and services include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Fees will change in line with any government GST rate changes.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

It is up to the customer to advise Barkalot Bakery immediately of any change of address or contact details. Addresses outside of Barkalot Bakery service area will be refunded subject to refund provisions.

CHANGE OF FINANCIAL DETAILS

It is up to the customer to advise Barkalot Bakery immediately of any changes to your credit/debit card, such as the expiry date or card number.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

All out of stock items are automatically place as a backorder. Your backorder stock will be sent as soon as they arrive.
